Shipping Policy

Outside Continental USA
Shipping rates for items going outside the Continental USA are determined by the items weight, size and destination.
The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: With the current volatile cost of fuel we reserve the right to change shipping rates accordingly. If we find it necessary to modify shipping rates down we will apply a credit adjustment to your order. If we find it necessary to adjust the rates up we will notify you of the change and allow you to accept or cancel the order prior to shipment.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options used. Shipping date estimates are normally within 1-3 days, but we occasionally have an unexpected delay.. After placing your order, you can call us at any time at 847-683-9025 for status of your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please be sure to double check all recipient addresses as loss or damage due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids our refund and return policy. While our shipping software will catch most address issues, we count on you to provide the correct shipping address for your order. If a package should be returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred in the failed delivery attempt. This portion of your charge will not be refunded upon the item's return.
Substitutions/Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all items in stock, we will occasionally run out of a certain item due to an unexpected rush or a back order at the supplier. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you if the delay is more than a reasonable time frame and give you an opportunity to substitute a like product, modify your order, or cancel your order.
